You will have full access to our hiring managers and be included in the recruitment process. Together, we will work to identify the human resources to ensure your needs are met based on the requirements you will provide.

We take every precaution to ensure the safety of our collective staff in all areas to maintain continuity of service. Should an unforeseen emergency arise, we will work with our management team, office leaders and staff while staying in direct communication with our clients. We also have backup resources and power in place for those instances.

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of a specific business process to a third-party service provider. A. Biometric restricted access to only our employees.

B. System access tracking.

C. We maintain our hardware and software logs internally that contain PHI.

D. We do not keep any PHI information in our systems for more than 15 days and we flush it out.

E. Malware protection on all systems and continuous virus scanning.

F. Firewall security to ensure employees are not accessing unapproved websites and track browsing history.

G. We control all upload and downloading of files of our system.

H. We utilize encrypted file sharing software. We are currently using FileZilla which allows a high degree of security and protection of all data communicated electronically.

We can offer U.S.-based staff on an as-needed basis and upon request.

During the onboarding process and based on the details on the agreement(s), we will work with your policy manager to ensure we are working together to meet your data security policies. We will be liable according to the terms of the agreement(s) between our parties.

You have access to the first three (3) candidates per role selected for one (1) post at no cost, if hired. If client is unable to identify a candidate in the initial pool of three, STAFFWORK would identify up to seven (7) additional candidates. If the client selects one (1) of the seven (7) additional candidates, they would be assessed a charge of 4% the annual salary of the selected candidate(s).
